Suarez Drafting and Design have been designing homes for Builders and Private clients for over 20 years, from Gladstone to Coolangatta in Queensland and from Sydney to Tweed Head in NSW. We have experience in New builds and Renovations/Additions, Single homes and Townhouses.

Interesting taste in facade within the Estate - still within the confines of the design guidelines , this client went against the grain with other houses along this street leaning more to the modern styles , unfortunately due to the budget he was not able to proceed with 12mx12m full size terrace deck

Ron is a licenced Building Designer with over 25 years experience in the industry, He has been successfully running Suarez Drafting and Design for the past 20 years and has been servicing southeast Queensland Builders from Rockhampton to Coolangatta, he has also been involved in some major project in Sydney and has had many clients from Sydney up to Tweed Heads and everywhere in between.
